It was June of 2017 when our family realized that my father could no longer live independently. We needed help fast! We found Diane, she was able to start helping us in a few days. Diane has been like an angel from heaven, she helps my dad with literally everything. Preparing meals, medication, managing his schedule with doctors and physical therapy, exercise, hygiene, cleaning, transportation, shopping honestly the list is endless. We started with just a few hours a day, a few days a week, but it was a no-brainer to add additional help to dad’s routine. Diane was able to provide that through her employees. So in August, Jason began helping my dad on the weekends. Jason and my dad like to go the gym where Jason helps him keep up his strength. Most importantly though is not this endless list of chores, it is Diane’s compassion for helping him and the companionship she and Jason provide to my dad. In a perfect world, family would like to be the caregivers to their elderly loved ones, however that isn’t always possible. Diane and Jason have been like family to us, extra siblings if you will, who have helped not only my dad, but my brother and me by giving us peace of mind.
Where do I begin, the one on one Personal care that our Mother receives is exceptional! Diane and her Team are very compassionate, caring, knowledgeable, observant, efficient, thorough and trusting. Diane takes the time to learn and understand the needs of her Clients, as she refers to them as Friendshents. When Diane is with Mom I, nor my family have to worry about her well being, her hygiene, her meds, her being hungry, she sits and listens to Mom and has conversations with her. Diane and I have formed a great alliance or I would prefer to say bond. This helps keep the lines of commutations opened between us. Because we are both seeking the same goal and that’s the best care for our loved ones. Most importantly, our Mom loves her and is very comfortable being in her presence. So yes, I can sincerely say Diane does and will take great care of you or your loved one.
