Diane Cares For You Home Care Service, LLC is a Credentialed Provider for Pennsylvania State Waiver Programs.
We currently have the capacity to provide services to clients who are eligible for the following Home and Community-Based Waiver Programs:
- Aging
- Act 150
- Attendant Care
- CommCare
- Independence Waiver
- Obra
Diane Care’s For You is also a Credentialed Provider with UPMC Community Health Choices and PA Health and Wellness.
However, if you are not eligible for any of these programs, you can still take advantage of our services as a Private Pay client. Please call us at 412-727-2114 and talk to our care coordinator about your possible options.
